Community-Based Therapy
Applying learned skills in real-world environments like parks and stores to build confidence and true independence.
About This Program
True mastery of a skill means being able to use it anywhere, not just in the living room or clinic. Our Community-Based Therapy takes learning out into the real world.
We accompany your child to public spaces—such as grocery stores, parks, restaurants, or community centers—to practice essential life skills in real-time.
This program focuses on safety awareness, waiting, tolerating sensory-rich environments, peer interaction, and functional communication in public, helping your child build the confidence needed to navigate their community safely and independently.
